What Is This All About?
I struggled for years to lose weight and balance my hectic life. I travel a lot with work and the constant cocktail of a shifting dietry landscape, combined with not enough time led to what felt like almost unavoidable poor food choices.
Then I met Dr Kim, coincidentally at the same time I was reading a lot about how long it takes to learn new habits. Because of all the travel my life became a series of phases bouncing back and forth between healthy and unhealthy, with exercise and eating. I was searching for a new way to finally feel sustainably happy with my body which was the one area of my life I really didn’t feel like I was crushing it.
I thought if I could become a ninja at habit forming then perhaps I could through willpower and sheer repetition habit myself into healthier choices in those areas. I’m not going to lie, it was an exciting moment realizing that my washboard abs were only a habit or two away!!
There are a lot of different theories on how long and what it takes to form a new habit, but whatever the exact number, here’s the truth: diets and anything you do for just a while is never going to be enough. Consistancy is critical and change is easier when it’s bite sized. I yoyo’d for years and couldn’t move the needle enough. So I started an experiment to see how long it would take before I didn’t notice/resent the change and instead began to enjoy it as part of my life.

This program is a series of 6 week challenges that you can complete once, back to back, or anything in between. Our members area is your playground! The only thing that ALL of our challenges have in common is that they are all designed to assist you in becoming the best possible version of yourself.
They are however designed to be done back to back as thats what will get the greatest personal growth in your life and we strongly recommend only attempting one at a time as it increases the liklihood of success.

I’m currently recruiting experts in their respective fields: Doctors, Nutritionalists, Personal Trainers, Coaches and Thought Leaders to create these challenges in a way that is aligned with a philosophy of creating the maximum change in 6 weeks.
Now I don’t want to give you the impression that this is a magic bullet. You will have to do the work if you want to see the results but my program will give you the most optimized way of achieving those results. If you want to lose weight you will have to stop eating crap food and move your body. The great thing about this program and creating habits in general is that eventually you will enjoy the exercise and hate putting poor quality fuel in your tank.

What are Photoshop Files?
Elegant Themes offers two different packages: Personal and Developer. The Personal Subscription is ideal for the average user while the Developers License is meant for experienced designers who wish to customize their themes using the original Photoshop files. Photoshop files are the original design files that were used to create the theme. They can be opened using Adobe Photoshop and edited, and prove very useful for customers wishing to change their theme’s design in some way.
Can I upgrade after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. When you log in as a “personal” subscriber, you will see a notice regarding your current package and instructions on how to upgrade.
Can I use your themes with WP.com?
Unfortunately WordPress.com does not allow the use of custom themes. If you would like to use a custom theme of any kind, you will need to purchase your own hosting account and install the free software from WordPress.org.
